Thank you for stopping by, let me introduce myself...

I’m Ruth Hassall, a speaker, trainer, author and coach with over 20 years’ experience of working with individuals, churches, organisations and dioceses.

Over the years I’ve had the privilege of holding some wonderful roles (along with some interesting job titles!) working with, and learning from, people of all ages in many different settings.

Throughout all these roles, and now in a freelance capacity, the thing I’ve discovered is that people development has been a running theme—collectively and individually. I love to see people discover their gifts and explore how they might play their role, purposefully, in the life of the kingdom. I do this in 3 main ways:

• Inspiring through engaging Bible teaching

• Equipping through training and consultancy

• Encouraging and supporting through coaching and mentoring

Leighton Ford (founder of the Arrow Leadership Programme) reminds us that the word vocation is related to the word vocal. It means finding the sound of our own voice, and discovering and singing the music of our soul. That is what I love to support and encourage people in doing.
